Delivery Information

UK home delivery service

We offer a choice of services depending on how fast you require your purchases delivered. Please note that although we process orders as fast as possible and do our very best to facilitate your requests, we are unable to guarantee these estimated delivery dates. Please be aware that your order will take a little longer to process if you place it on a Friday or a Saturday – all orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, including Express and Premium orders.

We will notify you if there will be a delay, offering you the option of keeping the goods on backorder or receiving a refund.

We use Royal Mail First Class, Parcel Post  or a courier service to deliver your order.

Please note that our courier service requires a signature on receipt. If the courier is unable to deliver, a card will be left with a contact number to arrange re-delivery or collection from the nearest depot. Please note, if no contact is made with the couriers within 7 days of attempted delivery, the goods will automatically be returned to us.

Our delivery charge for re-despatch of returned goods will include the courier's 2-way charge for returning the original package to us.

UK STANDARD: £3.95  3-5 working days

UK PREMIUM: £6.95  2-3 working days

UK EXPRESS (excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland)  £10 1-2 working days

UK EXPRESS (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland)  £15  2 working days

 

Home delivery service outside UK

We use Airmail to deliver your order.

EUROPE STANDARD: £10  5-7 working days

Please contact us for prices and delivery to other destinations and for courier delivery: we welcome international and BFPO orders.

VAT is deducted from all export orders but any customs or import duties will be your responsibility.
