We process orders as fast as possible, but are unable to guarantee these estimated delivery dates. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, including UK express and courier orders. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the option of keeping the goods on backorder or receiving a refund.

In the UK, we use Royal Mail or a courier service to deliver your order. Courier deliveries require a signature and if you are out a contact card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection. If no contact is made with the courier within 7 working days your parcel will automatically be returned to us and our delivery charge for re-despatch to you will include the courier's two-way charge for returning your original parcel to us.

In the US we use USPS Priority service to deliver your order and elsewhere in the world we use either the Royal Mail Airsure tracked service or a courier service.

All customs and import duties will be your responsibility and are not included in our delivery charges.
